Paris 1705

The best map I've found of Paris in La Maupin's day is this one by Nicolas de Fer, which can be found at the National Library of France's Gallica site. I've slightly resized the Zoomify app for this page and translated the legend to the right but otherwise this page just uses their service.

A giant version of the app scaled to toolbar-less window on my iMac is also available here. I've been using it to search out various locations on the map as I come across them in the original sources.
